About Me
Prem L. Hollier
How I work.
I get it
With my own diverse experiences as a therapy client, I deeply understand what it feels like to sit in that chair. My goal is to create a space where clients can access their own inner wisdom and insight—guiding them toward meaningful, life-changing growth.
Your goals
I bring depth and insight to my work, shaped by a lifetime of personal and professional experience in contemplative practices. With a grounded and practical approach, I support clients in moving toward their therapeutic goals with confidence and a renewed sense of hope.
Clarity and Insight
I help clients develop clarity and gain insight into their thought patterns and emotional responses.
Together, we identify obstacles and past adaptations to change, allowing us to refine thinking in a way that fosters a growth mindset and lasting personal transformation.
When I’m not working you will find me in the veggie patch, at the beach or on my sewing machine.

Compassionate or non violent communication
Compassionate or non violent communication is a therapeutic approach that supports clear, compassionate, and authentic expression—both with yourself and others. This framework offers powerful tools for exploring inner conflict, navigating relationship challenges, and building emotional awareness. By learning to identify feelings, recognise unmet needs, and express yourself with care, you begin to shift out of reactive patterns and into more connected, intentional responses.
