Support services and self directed learning
Outside of sessions I encourage clients to continue to reflect on what’s coming up in therapy.
I might recommend certain books, online resources such as podcasts, YouTube videos or apps that I think will be helpful. These resources deepen your understanding and support progress between sessions. Ideally you gain skills and knowledge to support yourself once sessions conclude.
Feel free to visit this page regularly as I update it with new resources.
